Note: Member permissions can be set by the Owner(s) of a Group on tab 
Members.
Members. Members of a Group have the following permissions:
Posts
- view posts
- create posts (only if the Group Settings are set accordingly)
- edit their own posts
- change visibility of their own posts
- delete their own posts
- view comments
- create comments
- edit their own comments
- delete their own comments
- view shared resources
- share resources (only if the Resource Settings are set accordingly)
- edit shared resources (only if the Resource Settings are set accordingly)
- remove their own resources (only if they added them to the Group in the first place and if they are not used in any post)
- change Resource Settings (only if the Member is also an author of the resource)
- work on Tasks
- comment on Tasks
- comment on the Owner's feedback
